Amanda did an amazing job on my brows at the Benefit brow bar in John Lewis last week. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a professional and friendly service.She listened to my concerns and preferences and made sure to explain each step of the process to me.Amanda is clearly an expert in her field and was able to shape my brows perfectly. Wonderful brow and wax in Birmingham with the lovely Lauren from Cheadle. She was attentive and explained exactly what she was doing so that the treatment was tailored to my exact requirements. Have only had the treatment once before in a beauty salon and the eyebrow tint was too dark. Lauren matched my eyebrows to my roots and the result was natural looking for my blonde hair and age. Couldn’t recommend highly enough.

Today Arooj did my eyebrows she waxed and tinted them also my upper lip and chin were waxed. Arooj was gentle very considerate and has a lovely personality and her customer service is brilliant. She explained each step and showed me each outcome . I cannot praise her enough. I am now booking my mum in with her.a

Unfortunately let down by the service today. Colour of tint preferred was asked but no discussion of shape of brows or brow mapping done. Because of this my eye brow was miss shaped with a large gap left to which I was told it was a natural gap which I know it is not as I have been having my brows shaped for some time now. And done at this specific counter only 8 weeks previous.To then be offered more tint to the area baffled me as it has no hair there. I feel disappointed as previously this person was fab at my brows. I left being advised to fill in gap with product but if more time and attention or questions asked pre commencing a waxing could have avoided this problem.

Olivia is the best brow expert I’ve been to! I came across Olivia a couple of years ago and have consistently been to her every month or so since. She is warm, friendly & an expert in her field. She mixes me the perfect colour & I love my brows every time I have them done!
