Not sure why they give the option of choosing a pick-up/drop-off time as they don’t come during those hours and I had to chase to find out if they were still coming - 3 hours later it showed up.My long black coat was returned covered in silver glitter, the hem covered in debris from I’m assuming being dragged across the floor.There was no attempt to remove the stains in my duvet as requested.I emailed about my dissatisfaction and photos of my coat and got no reply. This was 3 weeks ago.

I used for the first time last week and I'm extremely impressed.Very friendly and welcoming staff, great outcome of cleaning and ironing(5 shirts). Very satisfied local customer !Highly recommend and will be using again. Thank you.

Have to say I'm so impressed! I dropped several pairs of work clothes off for dry cleaning and had a panic when I was suddenly called in for a job interview a couple of days later. I called up and explained and they kindly prioritised it for me so I was able to pick them up the next day! Saved me a lot of stress and hassle. Thank you!

DO NOT USE! This company has now twice ruined bedding of mine and I have two quilted pillow cases that are part of a rather expensive bedding set M.I.A at present. They were white and nearly 3 weeks ago came back grey, not light grey, dark grey. I was not happy and asked they sort ASAP. They did and then they came back yellow. Again I sent back and told them they needed to sort. I have chased and chased and today was sent a email with no context no update nothing but a attachment asking me to list my items, proof of receipt, reason for complaint etc.. Information I provided to this store. I don't even know where my pillow cases are right now. I don't know if they repaired the damage caused and its clear they don't care because its taken this long to get a reply and worst of all there is no one to call.. If you care about your items I suggest going elsewhere as your linen will be ruined and the customer service is far from there. Will update once and if I get a response. But I am furious for being treated like this, especially given they are not cheap either!!!! Update. Never got my linen back, no replacement, no apology, nothing but the run around so I gave up. Will never use again.

THE WORST SERVICE EVER! If you are looking for altering clothes, please find other places that provides professional services.I requested three pairs of trousers shortening at Droplet as I previously had a good service of dry cleaning. I requested 5cm cut for one and others for 10cm. I pinned trousers where cuts would be to be done which was confirmed by Droplet. The lady confirmed that this alteration will be done in a week.After one week and a half, I visited Droplet wondering when it would be done. She checked and said the works has not been done yet and informed me that the alteration service would be accelerated.I received altered products after 2 weeks and 3days.I checked the trousers back at home and realised that two pairs of trousers were cut more than 25cm. I requested my trousers to be full lengths on me but they are now like capri cut which was NOT WHAT I'VE ASKED FOR.I requested refund of the service and products as they wasted my clothes, time and money. However, all I heard back was them not taking responsibility and refusing any refund of the service nor products.Very disappointing and unacceptable professionalism. I would never use Droplet again.

Very friendly staff. Efficient service - I dropped my Canada goose off on Monday afternoon and it was ready to pick up Wednesday evening. When I inspected my coat upon pick up all of the stains have been removed. My jacket looks brand new. Very pleased with the service and will be back.
