NOT Recommended. They charge in advance and once they have you committed add more charges. VERY expensive (£1k/hour it worked out at) and they were more interested in getting away than doing a good job. Don't use

I had a problem with my boiler no heating no water, I called proficient gas and plumbing an engineer attended within 45minutes of me booking the job.He was very kind,respectful and he diagnosed the fault within 15minutes carried out the repair and got my heating and water up and running.Will call Raj again for other occasions and recommend this company to my friends and family.Absolute brilliant guy.

Expensive for what?Absolute rip off, charged £850 off the bat without doing any work and then had the cheek to tell us we don’t have a mains cog outside! Unfortunately desperate times called for desperate measures and we didn’t have a choice but to say yes. Very expensive for what we got in return. Didn’t even finish the job. Also came very late.

Would not recommend at all. Charged £59 for diagnosing the wrong problem.Then to be charged £180 to temporarily fix the leak for the weekend (which was still leaking!). Then to be told it would cost £450 plus parts, plus labour.Been absolutely ripped me off. Had another plumber out today who has fixed the CORRECT problem in 30 minutes.DO NOT USE.
