Waves Hand Car Wash Bracknell

They wanted £75 to clean my car in and out, I got it done else where in bracknell for £25 and they did an amazing job.The prices are way to high and what you get isn't that great. And you have to wait hours sometimes!

First time using waves but won't be using again.I booked a gold service online and was quoted £30 for my size car. When I arrived I was told it would now be £45, a 50% increase in price with no explanation as to whyI went ahead with the wash anyway and this was not a great clean for that price, the inside is still dusty in places, the glass is streaky and the alloys were not cleaned very wellI would not recommend using waves as they charge more than quoted and the clash is not to a high standard. I only went ahead with the new price as I specifically came down to get my car cleaned

Very quick service and to a good standard. The location is very convenient as it is in the parking lot of a Tesco Superstore so I did my weekly shopping at the same time my car was being washed and by the time I was finished my car was all done and waiting for me. Booking an appointment was very simple and easy as I downloaded the app and made the booking a week in advance. You can also just show up and ask if they have availability which they usually do. A variety of services to choose and reasonable prices too.

Witnessed to Manager speaking to the staff like something on his shoe which was very unprofessional. I also saw the guy wash mmthe car from the bottom and then use the same dirty unwashed sponge to do the top so definitely not trained like the sign states. Other than that, for £4 more than a drive through car wash it came out looking alright. I wouldn't get an expensive wash here, though

Absolute scam, was approached by the older lady there. I have a small car , that was no muddier then the average car in the winter. She tried to convince me that I had to pay £60 for the car to be cleaned inside (just vacuum and wipe down of interior)and out. Because I was clearly shocked by her valuation of the work to be done she then tried to haggle it down to just £45 for the outside only"!. I told her it was an absolute joke and went 5 mins down the road to Wash me clean where I got a good service for only £20.Considering this is a chain of car washes not an independent something tells me they pocket the extra money they steal from unexpected customers. I highly suggest using an alternative car wash"

Very thorough car wash. Over the summer my car has not been washed at all and was quite dirty with considerable baked on grime and insect splatter.I prefer to clean cars myself to ensure minimal swirl marks and no harsh chemicals, however this is not always possible.I watched my car being cleaned and was impressed how careful they were. Having thoroughly rinsed the car down they used snow foam which I have never seen used at a car wash. This is much better than using harsh chemicals and then rushing the wash.The foam was given time to loosen the dirt before the contact wash was undertaken. This wasn't rushed and the mitt was frequently rinsed, again something you don't see often.They also took the time to thoroughly clean the wheel arches and door shuts before a final rinse. The car was then checked and a couple of areas re cleaned before the car was dried.The finished result was excellent, thank you.

This place is the reason why my wife smiles every time she gets her car back. They are amazing and they take care in every job they get. They are friendly and customer service is better than every other company around the Bracknell area. Thank you so much

Did an excellent thorough job of my very dirty black car which is parked under a tree, so is covered in pollen, old leaves, seeds and bird c**p. There's a loyalty card scheme too.

So today I have run out of time and thought I'll go to wash my car with Waves Car Wash - been charged £35 for in and out wash - after all they take 20min to sort my car but unfortunately the car was still dusty inside and dirty from outside. they couldn't even hoover it properly or wipe the dust.would definitely not recommend this place. I will do it better myself.
