I couldn’t recommend Conrad and his team enough! We called in to the shop in our early stages of pregnancy after being recommend by two groups friends, and we were instantly put at ease! As first time parents we had no idea where to start, or what was necessary, but with their advice and the HUGE range of items to choose from we managed to get our dream pram, car seat etc! They even kept hold of all of our items until 5 weeks before baby’s due date so we didn’t have to worry about storage. What a fabulous gem of a place this is! It's a proper wonderland for everything you could possibly need for your baby (grandbaby in our case!). Beautiful inspiring nursery displays and quality products at every turn. Fantastic customer service all round. Can't fault anything. Well worth a visit.

Amazing from start to finish. Collected our daughter’s pram and accessories today ready for the birth of our first grandchild. Staff were very helpful and extremely knowledgeable about the different makes. Talked us through everything before we made purchase and also today when we collected. Outstanding customer service, with everything you need for your baby! We walked in not knowing a thing about prams but Conrad came to our rescue and talked us through everything ensuring we got the right travel system for us and our baby. On collection today we got shown how to work the pram/ car seat and all its features, this gave us great confidence with us about to be first time parents. Thank you Adorable Tots!

We collected our travel system from adorable tots yesterday and cannot recommend enough! Around 20 weeks we headed to adorable tots just to have a look around we were torn between the Cybex priam and the egg 2 prams but knew we wanted the Cybex car seat and base all along. We were left to look around for a while before Vicky approached us and we were so grateful for her expertise of all the prams in the store and weighing up the pros and cons for each one! There was never any pressure to purchase and it was a very relaxed atmosphere. We decided on the egg 2 in the end as it was narrower (we live in a cottage) and it had the ability to go into a double buggy if we decide we want anymore! Vicky allowed us to swap out the egg car seat for the Cybex which we were really grateful for. 4 weeks ago we headed back to adorable tots just to check when we could collect our system and have a look at the furniture for the nursery - the choice is amazing and there are some really beautiful items! We booked in a collection date and Conrad spent time explaining and showing us everything to make sure we get our baby home safely! We went through it all with him and we feel confident now that we are competent when the time comes to bring our baby home correctly! We are really grateful for the amazing service and cannot recommend enough! We also found the price to be really competitive to the same products online. We are just short of 36 weeks now and counting down the arrival of our little one!

This shop is hands-down the best baby shop around. We were looking for a pram that would best suit our needs and the staff were just incredibly helpful and well informed. We would recommend this over any of the other baby shops we visited (John Lewis, mamas and Papas, online4baby) as they had a fantastic range of modern prams and car seats and knew everything about each item. Brilliant service and price!

Absolutely amazing from start to finish. Came in when my partner was 8 week pregnant, ordered and collected 4 week before due date. iCandy brought a new model out and they asked us if we wanted to upgrade free of charge. Thankyou so much and I would defiantly recommend.
