Paid 50% deposit for prom dress and covid hit. No contact no reassurance then would not off refund for a dress that was never fitted. Aggressive disgusting behaviour. Never ever use these again. Poor customer service.

I went here for flower girls dresses for my daughter and god daughter. The dresses what they made for me was perfect! Nothing was to much or to small, both ladies are very lovely and welcoming. Thank you so much! Highly recommend!

I have had a good experience with this place in the past when my friend got married, everything was done brilliantly and the wealth of knowledge and experience is exceptional.I recently took my wedding dress which I had bought elsewhere during lockdown to be altered, I had my concerns before my appointment that the dress was a great deal smaller. The dress could not be altered. The reason I wanted to write this review is because I am so grateful to the ladies in the shop for their respect, empathy and kindness in that moment. Firstly they understand that if they tried to alter the dress, it wouldn't look right, they also understood that I was in a difficult situation (one month before my wedding day) and advised of companies where I could purchase off the hanger items and have altered if needed. The most wonderful part of this appointment is that they genuinely cared and understood how difficult it was for me (I had spent a year loosing 5st). You can't teach kindness and empathy and it's important that it's recognised.Long review but I just wanted to say thank you

Poor attitude from the woman who owns it and she was just pushing for a sale not taking any thought to how she made me feel being a plus size bride in there absolutely unbelievable Do Not Use this place I have found a dress elsewhere much better quality and much better price

Wonderful, got a beautiful prom dress for my niece, lovely staff.

Came today for my first dress fitting and was so nervous but I couldn’t have felt more at ease, they were both amazing and explained exactly what they were going to do for me and discussed prices right from the start so I knew there wouldn’t be a massive bill slapping me at the end of my fittings. Will be recommending this place to everyone! Nice to meet you both x

Went here last week, door was locked so rang the bell, after about 5 minutes a older female who was on the phone came and unlocked the door, looked at me like I was clearly disturbing her. She put the phone to her shoulder and said erm can I help you?" In a very unused manner to which I replied excitedly "yes I'm looking for a wedding dress" whilst looking towards the rails of dresses. The woman then said "oh well when is your wedding" so I told her the date but by now I was feeling like I was clearly a hinderence to her as she was still stood holding the door to let me back out! So I said "sorry do you need a appointment to look at or try the dresses and she replied "erm yes you do really" so I asked when was best for her to which I got another "erm" from her so I suggested the day afterwards at the same time (roughly 11AM) to which she hurridly said "yes fine" while shooing me out the door! Then she quickly said " what's your name so I can put it in the book?" To which I replied my name and she said "ok fine" then shut the door.Don't know why she was so rude to me (not one smile or any manner of politeness) maybe it was the fact that I turned up in sports clothes and with my full arm tattoo on show but if that is the case she should not judge people on their appearance. I did not go back the next day as I left feeling very deflated. Instead I purchased a Ian Stuart gown for £4000 elsewhere a few days later. So definitely their loss! Don't recommend this shop to any up coming bride."
