I can’t even express how happy we were with Luxfords, who moved my family and I from SW London to Surrey over the summer. They were completely professional, speedy and everything arrived in pristine condition. They were also very accommodating with us having to juggle having our cat in the house plus a small child and baby. They collected the boxes shortly after we moved in and we even ended up getting them to move the contents of our storage unit at a later date and once again, we were so impressed! Thank you guys!

Luxfords removals are still the most outstanding removal company. We have used Luxfords a few times over the years and they have always been extraordinary. We moved two weeks ago and the service was as always fantastic. The team of professionals were incredibly helpful and charming despite a very hard job. Highly recommended.

I have to praise Luxfords. I was dreading the process of moving house, but needn't have worried. The guys that handled the move were totally professional and made everything stress free. I recommend their packing service and can't thank them enough for their help.

The guys were all excellent, very friendly and professional. They took great care with our possessions and did everything they could to make it an easy process for us. The quotation process was really prompt and professional, the price was reasonable and I was happy with the contact we had leading up to the move day. On the day itself the two guys that attended were cheerful, helpful and I enjoyed working with them to make sure my belongings were transferred safely. Fantastic service from the Luxfords team for my quite complicated move to Cornwall. Special thanks to Marcus, John, Ashley, Luke and especially Martin who was there for the pack up in Reigate and the unload in Cornwall and was just lovely. Having lived in rented accommodation for the last 20 years I've used a lot of removals firms, but Luxfords are by far the most impressive.Turned it around extremely quickly - booked on Friday for the following Tuesday due to short notice of completion, their communication was fantastic and I can't praise the two team members who assisted on the day enough. Super quick, very professional, and just really pleasant to deal with.Everything was brilliantly packed, and they came to collect the boxes only 2 days after I'd moved, on the same day I called them about collection!Price wise, I can't say how they compare due to the short notice I had, but they are absolutely worth their weight in gold.

We just moved locally with Luxfords and they were amazing - from the first call to the safe, professional removal of our belongings from one home to our next. We had the full packing service and it was a move over 2 days with 2 trucks so fairly large move. They were not the cheapest (but also not the most expensive) however having moved with them, I would say they were worth every single penny. A great crew, who took care of our things and were professional and friendly.Even after the move, they have been great at popping back to collect empty boxes/packing material when we needed them too. Would definitely use them again.

I was looking for removal & storage, after calling a few places I called Luxfords, I thought they might be too expensive but they were the cheapest quote I got. So helpful & professional, the journey was so smooth from getting a quote, booking in and the moving out. Excellent customer service and they were very careful with my items. Luxfords have a very high standard and I would not use any other company in the future . I will be recommending them to all my friends & family
