Myself and husband ( who calls in regular) called in on Monday 18-09-23My husband bought some fishing things and when we where looking at the clothing we have to say the 2 ladies that where serving made us feel very unwelcome in the end my husband only bought one item and due to been made to feel unwelcome we didn't purchase anything else and won't be in a rush to go back.I think the 2 older ladies need to work on there customers service

Absolutely fantastic service! I ordered some wellies which were delivered very quickly, after a few months they developed a fault, John Norris sent a returns label and then replaces the boots very quickly without fuss, after a few months the replacement wellies developed the same fault and John Norris issues a full refund without any fuss. Top service and will definitely use John Norris again.

Print delivery and great customer service. Item arrived quickly and as described, but developed a fault just over a month later. Despite some additional minor puppy damage by this point, I was able to exchange for a replacement with staff being very helpful.
