Saw their advert in Living Magazine and decided to go have a look at their Darlington showroom even though we have numerous bathroom places a lot closer to home. That's where we met Gerard for the first time and what a plus" that was. Not only a really friendly helpful chap but extremely knowledgeable with it.He came out to measure up etc and we were taken aback with the accuracy of how he approached the potential problems that raised their head on our specific project.We had our own fitter so it was a purchase only but I can't recommend this outfit and specifically Gerard enough.In their case it does "exactly what it says on the bottle" 10/10."

We contacted AQS after deciding we wanted to upgrade our downstairs cloakroom as we had worked with them successfully before. We we went to the showroom and discussed what we thought we wanted and received excellent advice from Stephen. He came to measure up at a later date and just before the work was due to start brought Julian to prepare for the clear out, installation, tiling etc. Julian was very tidy, worked very hard and advised how best to position the fittings in light of having concealed pipework. He then completed the job a day early and we have wonderful new cloakroom. Job well done.

We received excellent help in selecting furniture for our cloakroom upgrade, and continued support on queries whilst the work was in progress. The AQS Spennymoor showroom is large and gives good visualisation of choices. A great advantage of AQS is that it offers experience and skills in all trades needed for a full refurbishment. Stephen, as head man, is very down to earth and on the ball immediately to follow up queries and enlist additional resources if needed. This is an ‘out of town’ store which also offers ‘out of town’ prices so no need for internet purchasing with all the hassle that can bring. A great 5-star team.

Really happy with our new bathroom! Exceptional service throughout despite some minor hiccups due to the lockdown. From beginning through to completion we received a first-class service with help and advice when needed. Stephen assisted us with our design as the choice in the showroom was mind-blowing and James and Zeb, who were very hardworking and absolute perfectionists, made it a reality. We were always kept informed of the processes involved and the timings etc. We would not hesitate in recommending this company. Love it!!!

We visited AQS showroom in Spennymoor on the recommendation of friends. Stephen came out to measure up and was extremely helpful in advising us and helping us choose our new bathroom. Julian fitted it expertly and we are delighted with it now it is finished. I would not hesitate in recommending AQS.

I cannot praise and recommend this company enough!!My 87 year old mother chose AQS on the recommendation of a friend of mine. Being an elderly lady, living on her own, she was anxious about having workmen in her home, however she need not have worried.From start to finish she was given all the advice and help that she needed and was always treat with the greatest of courtesy and respect.Keith, who we first spoke to in the showroom, showed her fixtures and fitting, and wall and floor tiles from which to choose what she wanted, then later visited her home to look at the bathroom and he suggested what he thought would best suit her needs. He then went away and produced a computer generated picture of how the finished bathroom would look.Another Keith ( the installer )totally stripped out the old bathroom and installed the new walk in shower, handbasin and WC and tiled the walls and floor.He was the most hard working man. He arrived every day at the time that he said he would and worked tirelessly all day. He was pleasant, polite and respectful of my mother at all times. My mother never felt uncomfortable or anxious while he was in her home. In her words he is lovely. I couldn't have wished for a better person to fit my new bathroom"The finished shower room is beautiful and my mother loves it.From my mother and myself I would like to say a huge "thank you"."

Just had 3 bathrooms installed in a new barn conversion bought from AQS as supply only. They are fabulous and very reasonably priced. The company was great to deal with at the Spennymoor site and the Darlington branch. I would recommend them 100% for their professionalism. Its a great company!

Helpful and knowledgeable. Happy to get samples to help you with decisions. Easy on site parking. Will come to you and draw up plans /costings. After sales support is very good.
