I rented my first property through Leaders Hove on my return from Australia. I was unfamiliar with the market and the team made the process as straightforward as possible. I would like to acknowledge by name however Francesca Cranford as my property manager during my tenancy. She was outstanding in her ability to work on behalf in some necessary and tricky negotiations with the owner of the property on a number of matters and it was clear that she took great care in protecting the interests of both parties. There is no doubt that being in the middle at times must make it a really tough job but Francesca dealt with all communications professionals but also good humour and empathy. She is an asset to the team there and I wish her well in her career in the property industry.

Lara has really made finding a property so easy for me. It has been near impossible finding somewhere to live recently and Leaders have really been on top of their game. Lara in particular has been so helpful and reassuring during this whole process. I'd would definitely recommend Leaders for anyone else who is struggling through this process.
