I have been living with my family in a rented property at Kingston for 2 years and 10 months, whose letting was organized by Belvoir Kingston Upon Thames. In the almost 3 years of experience of mine with Belvoir, I have found their initial renting procedures truthful and trustworthy. I found the agents at Belvoir sincere, looking after the welfare of not only the landlord, but also the tenant. Their renting procedures and paperwork were simple and straightforward.We found their agents welcoming and their services readily available. Their responsiveness in matters requiring repairs of the fixtures were very time efficient and those requiring emergency input were dealt in an expedient manner. Mr Nooman Khan’s name (agent at Belvoir) is worth mentioning as he has looked after us for 3 years and now that we are moving out to a different city, we have found the new team members Mr Neil Smither and Mr Danial Mortimer to be extremely welcoming, pleasant and cooperative in providing guidance in the property-leaving/vacation processes and paperwork. I've recently let out my 1 bed flat in Teddington through Belvoir Lettings in Kingston Upon Thames. I'm extremely happy with the service provided by Nooman Khan, the lettings negotiator at Belvoir who found me very suitable tenants. I'm also pleased with the Management contract offered to me by Belvoir making it a win win situation for both parties.Having been let down by other letting agencies in the past, I do not have any hesitation to recommend Belvoir lettings agents in Kingston to other potential landlords in the area and beyond.

We contacted Belvoir Kingston to assist us in letting out our house. We found Jason to be extremely helpful and efficient. Belvoir Kingston always made us feel that they were working very hard on our behalf to market our property, find the best tenants, and advise us on what we needed to do on the admin side to ensure the house was ready to be let. I had a very disappointing experience unfortunately. I was calling with an agent for half a day trying to organise a viewing, but he couldn’t get the keys. I was checking every hour, but he couldn’t reach the tenants. I said that I really want the flat and to please keep me informed. I offered a video as an alternative to a viewing. I left my email and phone, but no one contacted me. The next day I texted the agency again about the video to only find out that the flat is already let. Very disappointing and unprofessional! Even though I said I really want the flat they just gave it to someone else without letting me know. Who does something like that?!

One of the best lettings agents. Jason was particularly very helpful when it came to any help with sorting out any issues with the property. Even though we have left the property we still turn back to him for advice and help. They were especially very considerate when we gave the notice and both Nooman and Jason really made sure they respected our privacy. These people come highly recommend. Anyone looking to rent in Kingston upon Thames should start their search from them.

Five star service.I rented a property managed by Belvoir Kingston for roughly 18 months. Extremely professional and courteous service and any and all issues raised were resolved in a timely manner. Extremely fair (independent) check-in and check-out process.Would not hesitate in recommending this company for those looking to rent.

The best Estate Agent in Kingston. I recently rented a property from them and must say what a fantastic service I received from the team especially from Nooman. Absolutely amazing experience for me as a landlord from start to finish. I walked in, was greeted/dealt with courteously and professionally by the wonderful Manya and put my investment property in her hands. She wasn't aware at the time but I had had the property advertised with three other seemingly disinterested agencies locally who had failed to let it in 4 weeks. The very next day the flat was let and to a dentist no less. I can't fault Belvoir Kingston I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
