This is 5th or 6th vehicle i have got from freedom. I got regular updates when the vehicle was coming. Freedom were £200 a month cheeper then my local dealer. It really was a no brainer. I recommend freedom to everyone who asks. Check your local dealer and watch freedom beat the costs. Looking forward to enjoying my new pickup!

This is the first time and definitely my last, I have used Freedom Vehicle Contracts for my hire car. They were really prompt when charging their processing fee but I have not heard since. I have recently rung for an update and was promised someone will get back to me and of course no one has. This is exactly how you shouldn't treat your customers.

I had 2 weeks to source a car. I came across a deal with Freedom, it was not quite the spec I was looking for, they offered to search for the spec. Within an hour the spec and colour had been located. I was kept informed throughout the whole process by the friendly, professional staff. I received the car in the 2 weeks coupled with excellent customer services. I have no hesitation in recommending Freedom Contracts to anyone. If you are looking for a new car give Freedom a call, you wont be disappointed.

There is my first experience with Freedom Contracts, they were recommended by a friend. I was really happy with the whole process from beginning to end. I was fully kept informed throughout the process with regular updates through emails and phone calls. From the initial enquiry to arranging for the van to be picked from the dealership, everything was carried out with efficiency and a smoothness sadly lacking in other businesses today. Van got to us at 2.00pm and was out delivering by 3.00pm.

Freedom vehicle leasing are a fantastic company to deal with from the first phonecall. The staff are prompt to respond to queries by email then once you place an order by telephone also. All paperwork is electronic so easy to fill in and send back.This is the second vehicle I have had from them and recognised some of the employees names from the previous time(always good when a company has the same staff with experience and knowledge of their business). I have never been misled with vehicle delivery timescales from Freedom and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Very disappointed in Freedom and ended up cancelling my order with them.I was given an initial quote by Roxanne, verbally and via e-mail, for a lease car including maintenance. Happy with this price, I completed various forms for credit checks including sending passport, driving licence, recent bank statement etc. Freedom also at this point took out £200+ admin fee from my bank, prior to me seeing any contracts.Low and behold, my contract arrives in my inbox and does not include maintenance. When querying this with Roxanne, I was advised this was a genuine error" and nothing could be done. After a further conversation between Roxanne and my partner and an e-mail by myself

Excellent service from start to finish. Guidance and advice was provided on a range of cars under consideration. Having decided on my vehicle of choice a very competitive price was arranged on my behalf. step by step help was provided throughout the process of original application to receipt of my new car. I would highly recommend Freedom Vehicle contracts and will be returning on future leases.
