Hired two bikes from Ken on Good Friday. Excellent Customer Service as always. Comfortable bikes, reasonable prices, friendly and accommodating. We had a beautiful ride to Reculver. Ken’s bike shop is fabulous and Ken was super helpful and open on a Sunday! We had a lovely bike ride from Margate to Reculver with bikes perfect to our requirements. Thank you Ken we will be back!

Amazingly quick and friendly service. Warm and welcoming with all questions. Offered me a fix within 2 hours when others were saying days. Shop had parts that all of the bigger stores were quoting weeks to get ahold of. Very personalised local service.I will definitely be using again

First time using bike hire in Margate. Ken was very friendly, knowledgable and helpful. Affordable rates. And gave us advice on the Viking Coastal trail. He also provided helmets free of charge. We were running late coming back from Broadstairs but was ok with it and stayed opened til a bit later to allow us to return the bikes safely. Will be using Ken again and would recommend for daily bike hire.

Best bikes hiring shop in Margate, reasonable price and nice bikes. Ken is really nice, I overestimat my speed and back to the shop late, Ken didn't charge me extra. Highly recommended.
