Our Tibetan Terrier Ralph was really unwell. He had amazing treatment by the vets, even over the bank holiday. The accounts team and reception were so kind. It made a very worrying time a lot easier to deal with. Thank you all.Would definitely recommend!

Excellent Service delivered in a professional, yet friendly, manner.

Will not go anywhere else!Our dog really wasn’t keen on visiting the vets, and when he came very poorly this made things incredibly tricky, the staff where all very accommodating to Kobies needs trying there best not to add additional stress to a very nervous dog. With emailed pictures, phone calls, appointments in the car, out rooms. They really couldn’t have done anything more to try and ensure Kobie was at ease. Philipa was our main vet who was amazing! Sadly we lost Kobie but i truly believe they all have our pets best interests at heart which made such a horrible time that tiny bit more comfortable knowing you had the best guidance and advice from people who really care.

Everything was just excellent from the time I arrived with my nervous 15 year old cat till the time I left.

Friendly and welcoming reception staff. Very kind vet - took plenty of time examining my cat, I didn't feel rushed. Their pet health club is really good value and helps with reminders to do flea and worm treatment - plus the prescription treatment actually works, unlike the stuff you can buy in the supermarket.

I cannot praise Coombefield vet’s enough. We visited the Seaton practice last week for the first time as my dog had a painful ingrown toenail which he was refusing to let anyone touch. Nick and the staff were absolutely fantastic and after a minor procedure and sedation, the ingrown nail was removed and a course of antibiotics was given to him, due to the infection. My boy is now back home and very, very happy to be back to his old self again. We cannot thank you all enough for helping him and making his (and our!) visit so welcoming. Would definitely recommend.

We had to take our 22 year old cat, Daisy, to be pts today. We were so lucky to have Callum attend to her. He was absolutely outstanding. He was so gentle, sensitive and kind to Daisy and us. He made the process quiet and calm, ensuring at all times that Daisy was put first. I couldn't recommend Callum and Coombefields highly enough. Thank you so much ❤️
