Worsttttt customer service ever...i use to go in there regular for yearssss and spend hundreds. Until i noticed they cant be bothered, they rush you, theres no assistance. They talk to you like rubbish. Considering theres a no refund policy they should assist you as much as possible to ensure your going home with the right products. But they dont care, just take your money and want you gone. I think i have to go back to basics and start using TZ again. It kills me to spend my money with people with no respect whatsoever. And also no knowledge on the products. They rushing even when theres hardly any customers. And i will spread the word about how they treat people. Sometimes they have a little boy at the till looks about 6 your better off asking him he has better customer service than the actual boss himself and im sure its his son.

Customer service by a guy called Nav and his wife was absolutely disgusting, so much that I 'exploded' and unfortunately cussed him because he was confrontational, lied about events that led to me buying a dodgy wig from the shop on Saturday 05/08/23.On Sat 05/08/23 I went into the shop and saw a wig on display that I liked and asked for colour 4 or 1b. Naz went upstairs and bought another wig in colour 4 and because it was a different stye/type to the one on display, I declined buying it. I looked around and could not find another wig I liked, when another guy in the shop offered to sell me the one on display, but I said it was exposed to elements in the shop because it was not boxed. He called someone and they offered to reduce it from 39.99 to 29.99 because it was on display. I did not try the wig in the shop because I wanted to wash it first because it had been exposed to elements in the shop (not clean) and goodness knows what could have been lurking in that displayed wig.When I was leaving, this guy kept looking at me weirdly and I told the two men and a woman – (Naz's wife) that it looks liked they had sold me a dodgy wig but they assured me that it was ok.Went home, tried on the wig and it was loose fitting and was not snug on my head. I have old wigs which are tighter than that dodgy wig.I phoned the number on the receipt and the 'person' requested me to text. I did and explained what had happened and he told me that they could offer me a refund.Went back to the shop today (Sunday 6/8/23) and went over to the lady (cashier) who called NAZ over. I explained that the wig was not good and before I could even explain further, NAZ went on a false rant about how he had offered me a refund for the wig, (LIES) He assured me the wig was very good on Saturday after I had bought it. He then started to argue with me lying about the day in question's events with his wife agreeing. (LIES) My daughter was there with me and I even asked when I came back home later today if I had missed something but she witnessed events the same like I did on Saturday. NAZ and wife were trying to pull one on me and even threatened to call the police. I told them to go ahead.I became angry and lost my rag and started shouting because he was condescending, rude and obnoxious and did not want to refund me for selling me a dodgy wig. I cussed him as well because he called me crazy lady because I did not want to keep his dodgy wig which was faulty. He tried the wig on his big head and tried to argue that there was nothing wrong with it. I tried the wig in front of him and his wife and he still argued it was ok when I showed him the loose sides. At this point everything went downhill so the woman called the 'manager' whom I texted the night before and he started berating me saying the wig is not dodgy and they will find a buyer for it but I told him it was defective merchandise. He spoke over me rudely and did not listen to my narration of events today (06/08/2023 Sunday around 12;30pm) so much that I broke down in tears. I think NAZ had spoken to him (Ajmal) and told him his false version of events. I have brought so many things in that shop but have never experienced such atrocious behaviour from the 'staff'. From start to end NAZ was dodgy as hell, because he went upstairs and wanted to sell me a different wig thinking I was stupid enough not to notice the difference. DODGY DODGY SHADY BEHAVIOUR.The wife also illegally filmed me for complaining. I will not recommend this shop for wigs. You can buy extensions and other hair accessories, not wigs. AVOID AVOID AVOID. Trading standards needs to be informed of such rogue shop owners like this place.

This shop is good good customer service and the staff are very helpful can always find what I need

This is a shop that I go to for my hair needs. However, during my most recent visit I felt very uncomfortable. There were too many people in the shop that is already tight. The workers were cooped up in that small shop without any masks. I understand that staff don't have to wear them but in such a small space, safety is paramount. They also need to limit the amount of customers in the shop at any one time if they are going to have their workers in the shop. The shop doesn't allow for successful social distancing. I wasn't happy.

Staff are rude as they were constantly following me around the shop and fiddling with the same wig packet pretending to look busy. There’s no point even asking them about the products because they lack knowledge in the products they are advertising.

Excellent shop with a fantastic choice of products they don't follow you around they just let you do your thing and freely shop. All staff are always ready to help you. Admittedly you do need to have your Witt's about you in regards to what you want as product advice is a little scarce, however the staff the shop is truly a brilliant place

Good store and 99.9% of the time you find everything you need. However, the service is shockingly abysmal. As soon as you walk in the door, you have someone following you around to see if you're going to steal. If theft is such a big concern, install cameras and less intrusive loss prevention measures, instead of deeming all your customers as potential thieves and making them feel uncomfortable. These people who you so freely class as thieves are the same ones keeping money in the till and the doors open.

It's got everything you want for your hair and makeup, the make up products are at at a good price unlike some stores are at higher price, you can search what you want.

Absolutely brilliant shop! I bought some hair extensions a couple of weeks ago and tried to dye them but some of the strands didn't take to the dye. I went back to explain what had happened and T offered some advice on how I could fix it. I tried, and unfortunately it didn't work. This wasn't the shop's fault, but I went back and asked if they could do anything to help. I spoke to T again and he gave me some brand new extensions which I now have in and they look great. I have always received impeccable customer service from the people working in the store. I have been in a number of times they have often given me free fake eyelashes and hand creams. The prices are more than reasonable and there is a huge selection of products. I would give more than 5 stars if I could!
