Majestic Wine

I hope that the experience at most Majestics are the same, I only have experience of the Swansea one. The staff here are friendly, helpful and welcoming. The wine selection is great. Make sure you buy six or more, on the price is higher. I recommend a Paid, one of the oldest red wine varieties.

Fantastic service, brilliant choice and excellent value for money, we've never had a bad bottle of wine from here, much better than the average supermarket plonk.

The best service of all without ever feeling any condescension. We are always made to feel we are valued customers.

Had a great time in the wine tasting session. The wines certainly were off the beaten track with some unusual finds. Andrew who explained each wine was relaxed but professional in his approach . Will certainly return.

I have only good things to say about our experience of using Majestic Swansea. We used them to provide the alcohol for our daughters wedding. From first going in to choose wines etc to returning the glasses & unused alcohol afterwards everything was hassle free. We had some very pleasant reasonably priced wine, beers & bubbly which we were able to sample when necessary;the advice was good & helpful & there was no pressure about our purchasing decisions. We added to the order by phone, no problem. Glasses we loaned we all clean & in a usable condition;only breakages are paid for. Hire if wine chillers & beer bucket great. Delivery excellent, on time & all complete. Absolutely no quibble about anything we returned.Thank you Majestic Swansea it was a pleasure to be a customer, all staff were friendly & polite. We would recommend you to anyone.

Good central location and plenty of choice. As it was my first time in the Swansea store I was ably attended to by Paige who was both polite and helpful and obviously very keen to learn about wine and viniculture.

Wanted to say thank you for the excellent service we received from Majestic Swansea, who provided the wine and also glasses on loan for our event. We had a reasonable idea of which wines we were after, and Darren gave some great recommendations over varying prices. The wine and glasses were then delivered and promptly collected (we are in catchment area despite being almost 40 miles away). Super, friendly service.

Excellent choice of wines (and a small selection of other stuff), and considering the quality of the ones we've tried, they're reasonably priced too. Customer service is fantastic, with knowledgeable and friendly staff. Would love to go to one of their tasting events!
