Lisa was amazing, just the calming bubbly personality I wanted to hear on a cold grey day. Helped me get a settlement figure and directed me on how to settle should I wish to proceed and what would happen after the settlement has been paid. Good job Lisa!

I recently was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer and wrote Oodle to ask if I could have a month payment freeze as I had to take time off my contract work to take numerous tests. I have been a perfect customer for them buying a number of cars using them as my finance company. I had their customer support team email me saying they couldn’t do anything for me and included places I could get help. This will be the very last time I use this company as they are heartless.

Absolutely shocking. Avoid at all costs.Issue ongoing with dealer since May. It’s now mid September and my car still doesn’t work despite being in warranty when the issues occurred. Opened a complaint and waited 8 weeks to have the complaint closed with absolutely no resolution and I’m now approx £4,000 down with no assistance at all. I’ve just tried to speak to “customer care team” and they purposefully hung up the phone on me.I cannot stress enough the importance of avoiding this company at all costs. I would have saved myself 2k if I never contacted Oodle!!

WARNING! Please Read this before Using Oodle.As it stands (I am open to negotiation, I have faith in humanity, however..please be aware that this company is going to be investigated under the FRAUD act 2006.Absolute Thieves. If no one takes note of this and actually communicates with me then it's bad news for this company.£11,500 + was paid towards a £7500 car in under a year. And this disgusting company are still trying to get another £2,500. No ***** given to the fact that I was involved in a serious road traffic accident and the car was written off.You made over 3-4k profit in 10 or 11 months. If I had of died in the crash they would probably ask my relatives for the cash.You owe me money.AVOIDAVOIDAVOID

I’d highly recommend Oodle Car Finance, although I had to cancel my agreement due to the garage, Denise handled everything perfectly, but I will definitely use them in the future. 5 star!

Denise was so understanding of my situation what a lovely person. She made me feel so much better. I’ve not been having a great time lately and it’s nice to hear people care you’re not just a number to them ! I’ve had a few issues with my car and Denise was very supportive and helpful to liaise with the dealership and to raise my complaints and listen to me. Thankyou x

On two occasions I spoke to wonderful agents. They made me feel heard, seen and understood. They showed empathy, care, compassion, professionalism towards me and my situation at the time. Documentation was amazing as the next agent I spoke to was able to pick up from where we had left off. Again upon reading my notes, she treated me amazingly. Both of these occasions, they went above and beyond, really cared! You’ve helped me to get over a difficult time without being embarrassed or ridiculed as some may do.
