I can't believe the post office staff typed completely wrong receiving address for my parcel than what I have wrote. And the reference number that was issued was not working at all. It was not acceptable. And the customer service did not provide any helps at all. Don't sent anything by royal mail anymore.

Terrible experience on 21st Dec afternoon. The old gentleman at the counter closest to the mail box could destroy your last working day before Xmas. He is incredibly rude and obviously has discrimination against minorities. If you hate working before holidays, you should go home.

The only good thing about this post office is the opening hours and as they are in Asda it's convenient for parking. However young girl is friendly but older woman and security guard were very rude and curt, really no need for it. Also as Asda have closed the door nearest you have to walk all through the store to get to it, surely is safer to open the door to allow people in and out quickly without risking spreading/catching covid from the store.

It’s so helpful to have this post office opened until late, but the middle aged man with glasses that works there is one of the rudest I’ve ever dealt with. If you don’t like dealing with people, especially in this busy time of the year, just change job. Almost makes me miss the customer service in my home country, which, by the way, is almost non-existent.

No issue sending a parcel with awkward measurements to Germany. (I can say from experience that it wouldn’t have gone that smoothly had I tried the same thing in Germany. lol) Lady behind the counter was friendly and helpful.

Big thank you to Dawn who helped me out! Never returned a parcel via a post office before and she was super kind and patient with me and offered to package the box up for me as the original packaging had been damaged. Just a really nice customer experience and I appreciated her help

Don’t take your eBay online prepaid parcels , they will retuned it to you for no reason .. will never visit them again.

The staff at the post office here are always efficient and helpful.I have visited a few times and they were always helpful.Especially on the 7th of January, in the evening ( a week ago), there were two ladies working there who were very helpful. The service we received was exemplary.They were so patient and also helped us with the price information, and in general were so helpful and at the same time professional too. Thank you for your help.
