Cissbury Barns

I got married at Cissbury barns and from the start they were excellent. Really organised, loads of info, the option for a private show around and always quick to answer queries.I felt completely confident that Christina and Michelle who ran our day would make sure everything was perfect, and they did not disappoint.The day could not have gone better and I know a lot of that was done to them.Absolutely thrilled and would recommend to anyone!

I was very fortunate to be a bridesmaid at a dear friends wedding in July. So this review isn’t from a bride & grooms perspective.The day was absolutely perfect and started with the bridal party ladies getting ready in the Manor House, Mr & Mrs Wyatt’s family home. This was such a wonderful start to the day and a memory to treasure.For me as a guest the day seemed to run so smoothly in such an idyllic setting, aided by very attentive staff, with excellent food, service and an abundance of sunshine.This setting is just beautiful, the bride and groom chose well!Myself & another bridesmaid visited the following day to collect all the adornments, cakes, flowers etc. The staff had already rounded it all up and was ready for us to collect quite early. There is a very strong work ethic & desire to please apparent at Cissbury Barns.I’m not sharing their pictures as it’s not my place but I will not hesitate at all to wholeheartedly recommend this venue to any future bride and grooms!

We got married in July which should have been lovely and sunny but the heavens opened and it was torrential all day. Cissbury barns was actually a really great venue for the weather being so up in the air as it has beautiful outdoor areas but also amazing and large indoor parts so we were still able to move our 100 guests through the spaces and we didn’t feel confined in one room so it didn’t dampen our day at all.Our event organiser was Christina and our night manager was Helen, both of which whizzed around at full speed to make sure everything was running smoothly. They were fab but also very kind nice ladies so nice to spend the planning part of the wedding with.Iz and zulf xx

Amazing! Cissbury hosted our wedding on the 23rd October 2023. They were great from day one, showing us around the venue, listening to all our requests and responding promptly when needed. Michelle and the team did a fantastic job on the day and made sure it was exactly what we always dreamed of. 100% recommend if you are planning your big day!

My wife and I got married at Cissbury Barns in August and we still cannot get over how amazing the venue/day was. Michelle and her team were absolutely brilliant and took care of everything for us. There are lots of venues around but if you’re looking for a barn wedding in the countryside then Cissbury Barns is your answer! Thank you so much

We couldn't have asked for more on our wedding day at Cissbury, or in the run-up. The venue is stunning (barns, fields, gardens, stretch tent, Cissbury House...), but the events team are what really makes the difference. Helen, Christina and Michelle are absolute stars! We were given so much detailed information and guidance in advance, and on the day itself Michelle in particular coordinated everything to absolute perfection. Cissbury were also so accommodating to all of our personal requests, including some rowdy beer pong matches! We got married in mid-October with both glorious sunshine and a few rain showers - the venue is well suited to both (and the team were on standby with umbrellas for the showers!). Couldn't recommend Cissbury more.

Cissbury Barns is an amazing wedding venue! I photographed a wedding here recently and the staff were great, they made sure the day ran smoothly. The venue is one of my favourites to work at, there's lots of great locations for photos like the walled gardens and the rolling fields. It's a really private, secluded venue surrounded by beautiful scenery. Highly recommend!

Our guests were in awe of the venue, and it provided the perfect backdrop for our wedding photographs.Our wedding day was a dream come true, and we owe a huge part of that to Christina and the breathtaking venue. Our wedding at Cissbury Barns was incredible, the venue is so stunning and unique! The team are so so friendly and helpful - special thanks to Michelle for looking after all our guests on the day - but all the team were so lovely! We stayed in the north wing apartment for 2 nights and the accommodation is STUNNING - I also recommend that too! But genuinely if you are deciding on a wedding venue I cannot fault this one at all!
