Vaidas refurbished a large number of our sash windows, removing each sash and repairing and repainting. His team were punctual and very neat and tidy and minimal disruption. With covid lockdown we had lots of family members working in the house at the time and a new puppy - and given that the windows are all over the house - it was a very painless experience.Vaidas took time to work out what was wrong with each window (we had some leaks) and repaired them well. We would recommend them.Update - Vaidas - please can you contact me (you've not been picking up calls) re replacing the window under guarantee that you agreed to do last June. I appreciate that you are busy but if you cannot replace this window as agreed please let me know as we have not been able to open this window for a year and we will have to get someone else in even though it was covered under your guarantee. I'm editing this review as although we were very happy with the work initially, waiting this long and you not responding to emails/phone calls/texts is very frustrating.

We had 15 old Victorian sashes replaced with new double-glazed units. The whole house is fairly wonky and it's pretty miraculous that Vaidas got them all to fit and run smoothly in the original wooden boxes. Dan was very responsive with any queries, very happy to pop over and check stuff and run things through with me. Vaidas and his team arrived on time every day, were polite and friendly, and left the house super clean and tidy.

We recently had all the Windows in our house (front & back) replaced by the Sash Window Repair Company. The detailed quote was delivered promptly and the price was extremely competitive. The team, who were absolutely excellent, started on the agreed date and the work was completed in a speedy manor. We were so impressed with the quality of the work we added lots of “extras” including the design and fit of a large feature window in our kitchen and the painting of the front of our house.
