I couldn’t recommend Lisa highly enough! She has helped me immensely with anxiety and panic attacks. Last year I couldn’t go a day without a panic attack , struggling to get by day to day and relying heavily on my mum. After seeing Lisa she has helped me improve my mental health and build my confidence back up. It’s now been a year since my last panic attack and I can’t thank her enough for supporting me through this. Would recommend to anyone!
