I would recommend Alice to anyone for massage. She is professional, knowledgeable and always keeps herself up to date with the latest research. The benefits of having a massage are incredible.

I cannot recommend Alice highly enough. 2 sessions with her has changed my life - I appreciate this sounds dramatic but having lived with chronic back pain for the last 9 years, I’m now able to sleep through the night, socialise, play with my kids, move freely, I can actually contemplate doing things I haven’t done in so long because I was so restricted. My ongoing back problems reappeared whilst in Kent this summer, on a camping trip. I also suffer from thoracic outlet syndrome, which manifests itself in numbness of the fingers and shoulder pain. I sought out a massage therapist nearby and found Alice, she showed a great understanding of my issues and tailored the treatment to suit (including hot stones which is a new one on me but was an instant convert!). I’ve been to various physios and osteopaths over the years but none have had such a long lasting impact, I left the studio feeing like a new man and am still noticing the benefits, I can’t remember the last time my arm felt this good! Alice has a technique that feels really purposeful and it’s clear that this is someone who really cares about what they’re doing. My only complaint could be that she doesn’t practice closer to where I live so that I could visit for a more regular therapy!

Since visiting Alice, she's really helped to alleviate my neck and back ache that's caused from sitting at a desk 5 days a week. It's meant that I've been able to get back into playing sports again and to improve my fitness levels. Would highly recommend to anyone.

I reached out to Alice in the 3rd trimester of my pregnancy as I was struggling with worsening pain and swelling in my legs and feet. Immediately Alice put me at ease and advised she would be able to tailor treatment to my needs. I can honestly say that Alice is the only person that has actually treated problem areas during a pregnancy massage in comparison to other places I had visited. I cannot recommend Alice enough and I am continuing to visit her postnatally - she is so friendly, warm and incredibly knowledgeable in treating pregnant women.
