John at Wignall's from the initial evaluation was very profession and realistic in the valuation of our house. He followed up each stage of the process with clear communication which gave me confidence to pose questions when needed, he always answered or returned calls very promptly and keep me and my wife informed right the way through the process. All this removed the so called stress away from moving house and we would recommend Wignall's Estate agents.

Wignalls have been fantastic throughout the sale of our house - John and the team stayed in touch throughout the process, were professional, courteous and friendly at all times.From the initial valuation and listing through to manging the viewings on our behalf the whole team made what could have been a stressful process seem straightforward and relatively easy.Particular thanks to Jess in the office who handled the many, many calls between our buyer, ourselves and the solicitors, always responding to queries and always with a laugh and reassuring chat.We're not planning on moving again any time soon but i would definitely use WIgnalls again!

Wignalls were a pleasure to deal with when I bought my house earlier this year. Jess was just an absolute diamond and nothing was too much trouble. She responded to my every question and query promptly and courteously. John was also extremely helpful. I have no plans to move anytime soon but would use this company without hesitation and would highly recommend them to anyone.I looked for a house to buy for a couple of years before finding this one and they were by far the best I dealt with. They also recommend the solicitor that I used and they were also great. 100% satisfaction from me!

Highly recommend Wignalls if you are thinking of selling or buying a home. They were great from the off very friendly and helpful. You can ring any time of day and the phone is always answered an no matter which staff member it was they knew exactly where our sale an purchase was up to an could answer any questions I had. The service felt very personal an professional throughout I cannot recommend John, Jessica, Helen an the team enough. They made our experience of moving house with a newborn and 2 year much less stressful as they are so on the ball.If we ever move again I will definitely be using them again.

Great service from start to finish. Where other well-known estate agents in the area would only come out if I would sign with them before they even told me the price or expected me to sign with them because of their name, Wignalls came out quickly and genuinely cared about doing the best job for us at a reasonable price. Everybody at Wignalls couldn't do enough to help us, quickly resolving all issues as they came up, as well as recommending an excellent solicitor who made the whole process seem very straight forward.
