Nice enough... until you need his customer service! Took my scooter for service and MOT. 2-3 weeks later, scooter won't start. Called him and clearly he couldn't care less, asked me to bring my scooter over. 110kg pushed for 3 miles, yes super helpful. Isn't the point of a service that we don't have such problems. Take responsibility and come get it or fix onsite. Anyway... won't use again! Nice one.
