My dog escaped from my mother-in-law, who was watching her, & my dog ended up at the top of the Humphrey. Luckily someone was able to catch her & call us. When we picked her up she was bleeding and limping so we called Boyce & Houston to get her in & examined. The staff --from receptionist to the vet-- were wonderful! They were able to squeeze her in for an exam & patch her up. Wonderful service, wonderful staff ♡

Amazing vet .took my 10 week old puppy and the lady was so nice and caring with him .he even left with a cute puppy pk with lots of information, treats ,toothbrush, poop bags and much more . when u join pet health club .definitely happy with the service. Happy puppy =happy mum

I was recommended this veterinary practice many years ago; when I first joined it was a smaller practice in a different location but it's no wonder it grew as the service is always friendly and 1st class. Receptionists, Nurses and Vets all friendly and professional.- would highly recommend.

The female vet Lucy and I had for our consultation was, for want of a better word, perfect, nothing was a bother, was genuinely interested in what I had to say and listened to every word, great patience with Lucy and made the whole experience just a joy.

This is one of worse vets there is. Only interested in Money, not the animals. Was talking my cat for glucose test every week for over a year to keep a watch with her diabetes. Said she was OK on the Friday afternoon. Then on Friday night she had an attack, 600 pound at the emergency vet that night. Boyce was not interested and was not there fault. Wrong insulin was given, a different vet I seen every time I went. Please if you care for your animals Do not go there.
