10/10 would recommend. Lettie was super friendly and kind, yet professional from start to finish. She was very thorough in defining the shape of my eyebrows and checked with me that I was happy with them as she worked. She went to a great deal of trouble to match the colour to my natural one so the result is very subtle. Throughout the process she checked I was comfortable. I'm so pleased with how they've healed already and have had a little touch up on my second appointment today.Thank you, Lettie! :)

I am a first timer with eyebrow tattoo. I was very nervous about it, however Lettie was very welcoming during my first consultation. She was very clear on her explaination and very honest of what the procedure was about. She answered my questions that put me at ease, that I was comfortably and happy for her to perform the eyebrow tattoo on me. I was speechless at the finish product as it was absolutely an amazing job, she did. Can't wait for the retouch in July. For those like me first timers.....you are in very good hands with Lettie.

Lettie was absolutely wonderful. From the first quick chat, to the first appt to explain everything and then the appointment to actually do my brows and then the last follow up appt. She explained everything clearly and made sure I understand what was involved and how my brows would look over the first few days. She was very thorough doing my brows, took her time and explained things as she was going. I went because one of my brows was damaged with a scar and had a big bald patch in the middle. She has miraculously made it disappear and match with my other one. Not only does she do such a great job, she is super friendly.
