We used Get Rapid Plans for drawings for planning permission for our extension. From the start, they were very easy to communicate with, Dilnashin was always pleasant to interact with & they kept me informed about what was going on. Their expertise in the field is excellent, as a first time home-renovator/someone who has no experience in this, I found that Javed was very good at explaining patiently what was possible, while really taking care of our entire planning process. We really valued Get Rapid Plans and would recommend them unreservedly if you are looking to get architectural drawings and plans done for your home.

I am property Investor/Developer , Past I have used many Architects for my Development projects, however for my dream house I wanted someone who can talk to me and my wife to understand requirements.Javid (@Getrapids) was very Patient listening to our crazy requirements and interacted with us multiple time to incorporate our needs within planning regulations. Finally we got our planning application approved.Get rapid team is very friendly, always accessible to talk while construction is in progress.Last but not least am going to use Getrapid for my feature projects.

Being a builder myself, I wanted to get the most possible space from my house. I had used Rapid plans previously for another project and was impressed by their quality of plans and responsive customer service, I asked them about what could be done. After having my site promptly surveyed by Javed, the project was passed onto Nash at which point the plans were discussed with me and all of my requirements were fulfilled in the plans.Rapid Plans designed a proposal for me using their in-depth knowledge, where they responded clearly to all of my queries. Even though it was a difficult proposal, and my neighbour objected to my work, the plans were approved first time, with even more space than I had originally aimed for thanks to their vast experience with the council’s guidelines. I highly recommend Rapid Plans if you need an experienced architect for a reasonable price.

I have worked on few projects with them. They are very helpful and considerate of client requirements and make their full effort to fulfil client requirements. I am very happy to find a good architect after few bad experiences in past with other architects.

Professional Service and most importantly accurate with their advice. So I have had 3 projects done by Rapid Plans so far and all successful and the best thing was that Nash and Javed both were there every time I had a query from the planning department. If I have to suggest any architect/planning application in East London, I would highly recommend Nash and Javed. I came across her work while searching for good architects in East London. I've approached many other architects for my work, but only she appeared perfectly fitting for my project. She responded quickly with all her great advices, and understood all my queries and helped me with all major and minor aspects of my project. Her work ethic is extremely applaudable; very understanding, supportive, keen even regarding little details with prompt replies.My planning application was quite complicated that involved installation of extraction flue but with all her expertise and vast experience Nash handled it all quite brilliantly and in the end got the approval from the council!

I was referred by my brother to use get rapid plans for my loft conversion. They gave me lots of good advice and helped me get approval on my application quickly and comparatively the quote was very reasonable.Dilnashin checked my property details over the phone and gave me a quote quickly, unlike past experience with others who took a long time and gave an expensive price which was quite a time waster.She was very easy to reach and even my builder was appreciating the level of detailed drawings provided and the support he got when needed. I have really learnt a lot from her, even though I had my parents in building trade.Even if you’ve already made your mind to use somebody else, my personal opinion would be to just call Dilnashin and take her planning advice as I feel she’s very experienced.

I find it very hard to believe that the reviews on here are genuine. We initially decided to go with Rapid plans because of the Google reviews. All was good until they took our money. The designs were estimates and not fully accurate which caused us a lot of problems with both our builders and Thames water. Dilnashin who was the person we were in contact with is very unprofessional and has no customer service training, even hung up the phone on me twice and refused to speak with me and ignored my phone calls. Once we got in contact with Javid he was easy going and very knowledgeable and was supportive but again very difficult to get him on the phone. I met two other individuals (sent over by our builder for them to see his work he’s done at our house) and both used Rapid Plans and did not have positive feedback at all, especially about Dilnashin. Anyways, I’m not one to write reviews but this one was worth highlighting as it was not a great experience at all.

Our ideas for extending were clear cut but finding the right architect was important and who understands council's guideline. I was recommended Get Rapid Plans to carry out our loft, side extension and rear extension.Throughout the process the teams ideas matched our expectation.Javed and Nash have huge amount of knowledge on best ways of designing and ensured we got our planning approved.The team is very professional and patient. Definitely recommend this team if you're looking for a solid technical architect team.
