Dr. Bhavsar was most generous with her time. During the consultation we were able to make extensive notes and learned much about balancing the diet and making it more effective for the immune system and fitness. It was most interesting to find much common ground with other avenues of healing we have been exploring. For instance, at an acupuncture session two days later the line of treatment the acupuncturist had planned was highly congruent with Dr. Bhavsar's diagnosis.This was an exploratory visit since we had already got some way in developing a regimen to support recovery from cancer. Our conclusion was that at present it would be too drastic a step for us to pursue the Ayurvedic approach exclusively but that it had much to contribute to our future thinking about holistic healing processes. We recommend Dr. Bhavsar (Avanita) as a competent and knowledgeable practitioner in her field.

Ayurveda it’s the most ancient medicine and an alternative to antibiotics, steroids, acne medications and other medicated drugs , this is completely natural and no side effects at all. Dr. Avanita has helped me on my skin journey. My acne and post pill symptoms has improved. I’m super pleased and happy with the results I achieved.
