There are not enough stars for Alan ! Met this guy a year ago when he was selling records at Tynemouth Market, and kept going regularly. I was exciteed to learn he's opened his shop in Ashington. Paid him a visit yesterday and I wasn't disappointed. Great records, in pristine condition and at a more than reasonable price. Alan's kindness and customer service, I was used to that. A genuine fan of music and vinyl, always making sure the customer is happy. The real discovery yesterday though was the shop : well laid out, and which, apart from records, consisted of t-shirts, prints, books, vintage audio equipment. Everything a record should be. Please, please, please, support this guy ! Go and visit his shop ! You won't be disappointed.

So good to have a great shop selling top quality vinyl in Ashington at very reasonable prices. I found some vintage albums without having to trawl websites and pay postage for delivery. I’d recommend a visit. I’ll definitely be a regular customer from now on. The owner is a really friendly guy and this business deserves our support.

Visited this shop whilst on holiday in Northumberland. Great find and independent. Some excellent vinyl choices at very reasonable prices. Some albums still in their shrink wrap unopened. Singles also available.Memorabilia and vintage hi fi also for sale. The owner is a top guy, friendly and helpful. Got a nice discount on a number of LP's, just wish I had more funds available to buy some more.I'll definitely be returning when I'm back in the area.

Visited shop for the first time today. Spacious premises, with an excellent layout. Great range of vinyl, CDs, cassettes, books, Hifi separates, memorabilia, all very competitively priced. And the owner, Alan, is really nice bloke too. Highly recommended.

Fantastic store!! I’ve had the pleasure of knowing the owner Alan for a few years now, he’s a gent, extremely knowledgeable and very fair with his prices! The shop has a great selection of records and memorabilia with plenty of space to manoeuvre, as oppose to the many, very tightly cramped stores that I have visited over the years. Highly recommended, easily the best record store I’ve visited!
