Spoke with Chris in sales explained what we wanted with a part exchange, he spoke with his manager came back,15 minutes later deal was done, even though our new used car was on loan to a customer I felt comfortable buying the car with out seeing or test driving the car, Chris did everything that he said he would and explained all controls of juke in detail.All in all a great experience buying a car.

I purchased this car back end of july.I do a lot of miles due to my son needed hospital visits. So I do a lot of motorway miles. So done around 8k miles in 3 monthsI was driving and heard this huge scrape.Pulled over instantly - and the undertray of the car was hanging down and all damaged.So I drove to a nearby garage where he put the car on the ramp - and said to me - all undertray has been damaged. There are parts missing - and been bodged with 2 small screws.I dropped the car to them at west way to look at - as I was absolutely outraged by the fact they had sold me the car like this. The service manager tried to tell me she wouldn’t have sold the car like this , there I must have done it. As iv done 8k miles.That could have happened after 10 miles or 20k . The fact it’s been bodged in the first place is wrong.I explained to her If I had gone over something and damaged it I’d have just booked it in and had the work repaired because that would have been my fault. My argument is that there are 2 random screws holding this today in and a metal panel holding it in missing.And all I keep getting is that I have damaged the car.I definitely wouldn’t drive all the way to Manchester to falsely accuse them of something of if done it .I’m absolutely disgusted.
