This is not a museum. It's a room in a library and honestly, unless you a serious maritime fan I probably wouldn't bother.But if you have kids and need to kill 15 minutes it would be useful.

Great hidden gem in Cowes. Little museum, full of interesting things. Perfect for kids, as it is interactive with dressing up clothes and a play area. Worth looking at the picture books to see the Isle of Wight in the last few hundred years. Admission is free.
