Recently completed on a house sale in Liverpool 19, and the Martin & Co team, led by Janice in our case, was exemplary. Because of circumstances, almost everything was done at a distance, and the Martin & Co team, Janice and Abby, gave great advice, very helpful and professional contacts, and ultimately a very smooth transaction for ourselves, and I hope the purchaser.I was hugely impressed, & with the backdrop of Covid making life harder in so many spheres, I think Janice and Abby and the team made it happen on time, and plain sailing. I have used other Allerton agents to sell and let properties in the past, and Martin & Co are literally head and shoulders above the others. They are on the ball, responsive, professional and I was really impressed. I was an estate agent myself in London for 10 years, so I'm quite often frustrated by other agents apathy and lack of drive, but not with Martin & Co. Agents were very proactive and didn't need any prompting. They chased up the solicitors on both sides for us (our solicitors and the sellers solicitors) which was great. Very helpful for us with our limited knowledge of what to look for as first-time buyers. Quick and helpful responses to emails as well. No faults!

Martin&Co handled the sale of my parents' house after my father passed away. My main points of contact were Abby and Janice, who were very professional, chasing up solicitors etc without prompting in what turned out to be a rather protracted sale but they were always very friendly and approachable. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
