Have a buy to let in Nottingham which the tenants called to report a damp problem with. Spoke to David and he attended the next day and carried out a full and very detailed survey identifying issues with condensation & rising damp. I've dealt with damp before in another property I let out and Davids quote was significantly lower than I had expected, querying this i've now been advised never to use a builder to deal with damp, the last company I used created building work for themselves to fix the damp problems! urgh. Anyway, a very honest company, charged a fair price, 30 year certificate guarantee and the problems were dealt with within 3 days. Very pleased and happy to reccommend
