Modern and clean technology/digital hub with brilliant views of Mowbray Park and close proximity to Sunderland train station. Security staff are always friendly, helpful and welcoming. Plenty of space for businesses and events; a lot of available facilities for meetings and presentations. The foyer is large and well supplied with desks, sofas, coffee tables and vending machines.
