Mr David Floyd is the best plastic surgeon in the UK for breast fat transfer! He did my breast fat transfer in August 2020 as explant with another surgeon left me with asymmetry and reduced volume. I am amazed that I have retained 100% of the fat transplanted cells for over 3 years and counting as of September 2023, as I write this review. I still wear a 32dd or 30e bra 3 years later and my breasts are symmetrical, full and beautifully shaped with autologous fat! I only needed one round as he used my stubborn fat. He also gave me a beautiful liposculpture to my flanks, 360 degree thighs and inner knees as he harvested the fat for the transfer. It felt like I was getting two procedures for the price of one!He has the most amazing anaesthetist who is the best at GA. I had no nausea, no pain, no throat pain, no drowsiness, no drop in blood pressure and instead awoke refreshed and hungry!I had the procedure done in the private Wellington Hospital with a room with a balcony and was treated like a VIP! The nurses and catering staff were brilliant. The food was delicious!What can I say. If you need breast fat transfer, go to David Floyd. And remember to eat a diet high in fat and protein for 4 months post procedure to ensure the fat grafted cells survive. The hypermetabolic surgical state makes one lose so much weight and fat so you may end up eating 2 dinners just to stop yourself from losing weight and fat! Hope this helps! Don’t get implants. I had en bloc capsulectomy and mastopexy with Mr Floyd about eight weeks ago. I decided to have this done for both functional and cosmetic reasons. After a lot of research I chose Mr Floyd based on his outstanding education, noticeable talent and proficiency in plastic surgery. After seeing pictures of beautiful and natural results on his website I couldn’t hesitate to contact them. His team was excellent and friendly throughout the entire process and Mr Floyd always extremely professional.I’m absolutely delighted with the outcome of my procedure. I am delighted with the outcome of my two procedures. Mr Floyd has delivered the results he promised and more. My scars are still “maturing” but are neat, thin lines that are already fading. My experience from start to finish was excellent. I was treated with care and kindness and very professionally at all times and felt complete trust in Mr Floyd and his team. Communication was clear and timely. I knew what was happening and when in plenty of time. The operation was a great success and my recovery was very quick. Mr Floyd and the team were there on the end of the phone or email to answer any questions before and after, so I felt in control and reassured throughout. This is my second operation in the past 13 years and I would come back again most definitely.
