Cat in the Hat Curiosities
Had a wonderful rummage here yesterday. Great variety of bits and pieces. Our party came away with some vinyls (HUGE collection) and some original artwork. Cup of coffee and great chat added to the experience. We'll be back and it will definitely become one of our regular foraging spots.

Absolutely ridiculous... DO NOT GO....I think the owner must have a massive hoarding problem. The whole place is jam packed with furniture that is literally stacked on top of each other...You need to be super skinny to make your way down the only narrow walkway provided...It is so overwhelming..Even drawers and cupboards of furniture is full of stuff...Will not be going back again.

Delightful, but chaotic.Loads of wonderful things, lovely staff, and a little cafe.BUT it's very crowded with stuff. Their goods aren't well displayed, sadly. But you can ask if you're after something in particular. I'm fat and mildly physically disabled and I'm not built to navigate this place!They are particularly known for taxidermy items, so if you really hate seeing taxidermy don't come here. But if you collect it, definitely pop by.

Really beautiful shop, very interesting collection of taxidermy and entomology mounts. Bought an amazing boar head mount today probably the best specimen I have seen and a very reasonable price, I have paid alot more for one's half as good. Friendly knowledgeable staff that definitely have a passion for their profession highly recommended.

Gordon has a vast range of fabulous Antiques and Decorative Arts that you would never find in Coventry a very polite person who is very helpful you must visit this shop it's fabulous

Gorgeous place overflowing with antiques, jewelry, vinyls and whatever one could desire. The owners are some of the most lovely people I ever met, and I would absolutely recommend going even just for the experience. You are sure to find something interesting, and the price are extremely reasonable!

Wonderful shop, packed with anything you can imagine. Endless bits and bobs to look through and a great selection of vinyl records, books and CD’s. Owner is lovely; very friendly and kind, and prices are very reasonable.

Cat in the Hat Curiosities
Researching antiques in Coventry, we discovered a little oasis of Cat In The Hat Curiosities. Being our first visit we were so much welcomed by Gordon, who spoke with passion and had a great sense of story-telling surrounding each historic piece. Shopping for a birthday, we found such one-of-a-kind finds, both vintage and antique. We shall be returning as a family most definitely next month and look forward to finding more treasures! Thank you again for making our Saturday special.
