Went because my dog needed a booster, on booking appointment I was directed to their online portal to book it. Went to the booking today and no appointment booked and no availability until the middle of next week to suit my needs . Thats why I booked it in the first place! Not impressed

The staff are lovely and I feel they are very genuine. Sorted out insurance claims for me too.I have a nervous dog so the space in the waiting room is ideal to be able to keep away from other dogs.Highly recommend!

Thank you very much for the kindness and empathy you all showed us when we needed an appointment for our lovely little hamster Custard. Although hamsters are only here for a short while, it ment so much that you understood just how much he ment to us and he that he was given the care he needed.
