Excellent service. Contacted Vicky by phone told her the problem with my Uncle's immersion heater. Arranged for same day afternoon appointment. Came on time . The gentleman was very professional and courteous , he helped us out and got us back with hot water.Would highly recommend them.

Really impressed. Spence Heating replaced all my radiators and pressurised the central heating system. It took 2 days, as estimated, and all went really well, culminating in a much more robust system and leaving very little mess. And the price was very fair.Will certainly be using again.

First thing I will say is that it is so rare to get a company that does what it says it will. They showed up when they were meant to. Reliability is rare and so important when something goes wrong. Spence heating thanks for being professional and saving me any of the usual stress I feel when waiting for what turns out be a no show with other boiler companies. AND for being a business with integrity and kindness (Vickey is lovely). I shall use you again, a brilliant first experience and a fixed boiler. Very happy customer.

First time using Spence Heating and we were really happy with their service. Pat installed 2 new rads and boiler. He works so hard and his standard of work is excellent. Spencer came out promptly to quote and Vickey in the office is so polite and organised everything. We highly recommend Spence Heating and would not hesitate using them again.

We called Spence Heating on recommendation of a neighbour to look at our broken boiler - they were very responsive (came within an hour) and offered a very thorough service and advice at a reasonable price. Highly recommend.

An excellent service as usual, had my boiler serviced today. I have been using this company for a few years now and they have previously completed a power flush and upgrade of all my radiators. Would always recommend Spencer and his team, they are reliable, friendly, good value and a company I can trust.

Used Spence several years ago to update our heating and hot water system and install a new boiler. Have just had our annual boiler service. As always he arrived on time and the work was carried out in a friendly and professional manner. We wouldn`t use anyone else now and can highly recommend him.
