Haven’t used in a while and won’t use again. I was next in the queue for the bakery and someone came in to use the post office so the person behind the counter said nothing and proceeded to deal with the the person at the post office. Not sure whether she knew him or this is what normally happens but to be ignored isn’t great. After standing there a while I got served by someone else there who was having a conversation with another member of staff rather loudly inbetween asking me what I wanted. One of the conversations was about the egg mayo which was on the side, and I quote from a member of staff, ‘That needs to go. I meant to throw it last night but couldn’t be arsed. There’s loads of things today that need to go.’Not really what you wanna hear when you are buying items that should be fresh

Always a great place to collect dinner from, always fresh that day regardless. loverly cakes, too good if anything and end up buying a fair fewdo watch out for the postal services, not always the easiest if you've paid for delivery on ebay prior to visiting

I use this place all the time but after how rude one of the staff members where today I will be looking at who's in or using the other bushells bakery. I would have understood if the shop was busy but I was the only person in the shop obviously with my brother.... Asked to do 2 payments as had my disabled brother with me. Who struggles with meeting people and the woman just walked off muttering to her self then got someone else to serve us. Not all disabilities are visible. A bit of courtesy would have been nice

Lovely local bakery. Eat in or take away. Very friendly and helpful staff. Sometimes the rolls have enough filling for two! Everything is freshly baked daily. The rolls are made up for you on the spot and you can add extra fillings too. There are now four Bushells in Lowestoft, so they must be doing something right!

I used Bushells Bakery and Post Office, primarily as an Amazon drop-off point, to return an Amazon product without the need for me to wrap and box the item or print out a label, which worked extremely well.Whilst I was here, I was also able to drop off another parcel that I would usually have taken to a stand-alone" Post Office
