never seen such a place un helpful and takes a long time to get through on the phone . some staff are ok the others are on a a norther planet they are not switched on

tried calling at 8am to see if any appointments were available and it just said the queue was full and try again later. tried doing this loads didn’t get through.

Dr advised for appt to be made in 3wks, advised calendar was not open that far away (states 4wks on their website) called 1wk later and still not open. Asked why and advised to call back. Highlighted this is constantly happening when it's in reference to women's issues, told if I don't like it to move doctor. Horrible staff!

Awful place to go when you are sick and need help staff are useless and take ages god forbid you have some illness because the doctors here might help you when you two steps away from death but not when it's startedAbsolutely useless staff if there are any there in the first place I went for an appointment and I had to wait several hours for an appointment despite checking in for a set period of timeThis is disgusting you people have a job to support those in need but here you all are lazy and unsupportiveTo anyone reading this GO TO ANOTHER SURGERY IT WILL BE WORTH THE EXTRA TIME

Poor patient care. I have really struggled with this doctors practice over the years and I can’t in good faith recommend them. Many a time have we been dismissed, only for things to progress and to be asked by the hospital why things were not investigated sooner by our GP. The worst was when my husband was unwell and and we were told ‘no idea’ and then to find out after a hospital visit that he needed an emergency transplant. I have noticed a lack of professionalism by a couple members of the team including one Doctor. Reception can be rude at times. The nurse does not wear gloves when taking blood. Getting a prescription is difficult as living within a mile of the practice means you have to take it to a local pharmacy, who has to take it back to the Doctors to get signed, to then send them back to the pharmacy and then wait 3 days to be processed (if they have it in stock).I have to say that the Paramedic is the best member of the practice. He really listens and genuinely cares for patients and is always polite, helpful and very professional. I just wished that there was a consistent level of patient care given throughout the practice.

Great receptionists who are both practical and empathetic. Dr Britto is fab and incredibly professional whilst still maintaining a personable environment. Not always an easy thing to do.

Very helpful. And verry safe adhering to covid 19 rules.

The staff, always busy, have a friendly smile and are helpful.

Bad mannered ,unhelpful and argumentative staff on reception clearly not suited to this type of work.
