Rang to book a vaccination appointment and I was told by ‘counter staff’ to go online… Oh! Apparently that means the Well website, thanks for eventually getting to that. The website says to call in and discuss and book the appointment with your pharmacist- unbelievable!!Having said that in previous times calling round and seeing the pharmacist has been helpful.
