Fantastic service from a professional, knowledgeable and very friendly practitioner. Getting back into fitness in my 40s has been great but I’ve faced challenges around flexibility and mobility and that I was struggling to overcome by myself. It was clear from the first session that Gregg knows what he’s talking about and that combined with his friendly and non-judgemental approach has made a huge difference to me being able to achieve my goals and avoid injury whilst doing so. I’m never going to be a competitive athlete but Gregg still provides that level of treatment and service which is very much appreciated.

My usual sports therapist was fully booked. With my back feeling locked up I began my search online. Gregg it turns out was in my old gym (Gym Vision, a great gym by the way), Gregg got to work on my back & neck and gave me advice on stretches and exercises to keep the tension at bay. My neck and back felt great and have continued to do so into today. Thanks Gregg!

Having never had a sports massage before I was a little edgy booking my first appointment. The myths of 'no pain, no gain' have haunted me for months!! After speaking with Gregg for several minutes on the phone, he reassured me the treatment would be of benefit and I'd walk away feeling great. As a newbie powerlifter, I've been quite prone to some rather nasty injuries and muscle tightness. Fortunately, Gregg has rectified my injuries every single time, at extremely short notice and with the utmost care. For these reasons and more, I've continuously come back to Gregg over the past year when training takes it's toll. If you want expertise, and more importantly, someone with the ability to use that expertise practically to help you recover, give him a visit!

Gregg is an absolute legend! He's patched me up and got me back playing sport again multiple times. He's got superb knowledge and unlike some sports massage people really knows what he's doing and how to treat you. He never tries to book you up for repeated regular treatments, he'll fix you and send you on your way. If you need a sports massage in Cardiff then Gregg is who you need to see.

Saw Gregg for the first time yesterday for a tight lower back. Way too humble a guy for the service he delivers. He's especially the perfect dude to see if you're someone who's afraid to try sports massages because you've heard there's a lot of pain involved. Gregg specializes in delivering the same result as a painful sports massage, but manages to make it a comfortable and, dare I say, enjoyable experience. Would definitely recommend his services.
