Elephant Chinese & Thai Takeaway

New one. Nice food

I have ordered the crispy prawn roll in this takeaway. It was great and the shrimp was flavorful. I would love to order from here again to buy more food!

Absolutely disgusting food . Waited over two hours for delivery. The most bland watery food I have ever tasted. Very overpriced £6.50 for 4 small pieces of prawn toast so tough I couldn’t chew it Please don’t order from here they don’t deserve your custom.

OVERPRICED TRY CHOPSTICKS

Nice green curry. Love it.

Very over priced. Part of order was a mixed starter for 2. It was ridiculously presented prawn toast soggie and cold along with the spring rolls. Very skimpy portion of seaweed. Soups tastie but very glupy. Thought we would try it as new management. There are far nicer Chinese take away in the wigan area better priced. This place is over rating itself, I personally dont !

First time trying here. Absolutely amazing food so flavoursome and packed both meat and veg. Arrived before estimated time.highly recommend the tom yan soup and pad Thai from here. Well worth the money.

The food at this place is disgraceful. We ordered the crispy lamb with pancakes, crispy Mongolian lamb and chicken fried rice, and sticky rice.The only difference between the 2 lamb dishes was that the Mongolian lamb was that this came with a small pot of sweet sauce that was only half full. Neither dish came with any veg, spring onions and cucumber and the lamb with the pancakes was swimming in grease. The sticky rice came in a small bag and was stuck in lump in the bag, I'm aware it's supposed to be sticky but this was just a lump. The chicken fried rice looked just like bolied rice with no colour to it and looked like it had never been fried at all.The takeaway were extremely unhelpful and there only solution was don't eat it and we will refund your money and that they had had a restaurant for 10 years. After waiting an hour for delivery, this was totally unhelpful as it was a Saturday night. Avoid this place at all costs.The food was better at the Rice Bowl, the previous premises even with its hygiene issues when it was closed down. Only given 1 star as I can't give any less. Do not order from here if you like your Chinese food.
