Energetic, well qualified and fun personal trainers and instructors who know how to make outdoor fitness enjoyable for everyone. A range of classes available throughout the week for any level - and a fun sociable bunch of people. You will catch them around Ealing Common, Lammas and Walpole park with their green/pink/blue vests and green flag, and often at Munsons cafe at the weekend late morning after a workout! Shout out to Kath Beasley who does an awesome job coordinating everyone.

I was always a little apprehensive about training outside rather than in a standard gym and I can only say it has turned into one of the best decisions to literally, quit my gym membership!I really enjoy the sessions as they are a balance of fun and exercise. They are never exactly the same and I know that I will have a smile on my face, well at least for most of it!I am pleased with the results too. I never wanted to turn into muscle mania but I am continuing to work on becoming toned which is what I was looking for. Not that long ago, I used to be a little out of breath from walking up the stairs at a train station as part of my daily commute to work, not any more. One of the simple ways to note that I am in better shape than I used to be.So, if you are considering it, I would give it a go, you will find the trainers review your capabilities and will push you a little harder if they feel that you can reach a little further. If you have injuries then let them know as they will try to adjust it for you. It's a great way to get fit whilst having fun. They are a friendly bunch

Finally an exercise routine I have stuck with! Exercising outdoors in the fresh open spaces of Ealing's parks with a great bunch of people and friendly & knowledgeable instructors really makes the difference from a monotonous, airless gym environment. Everyone can take the classes at their own level and pace - there's no boot camp style shouting here. Have lost over 2 stone since joining and would wholeheartedly recommend to anyone of any age to take a free trial and see for yourself. There are classes all days of the week at lots of different times. A superb local business :)

Ive been attending Qtg for over 2 years now and have thoroughly enjoyed every class (except maybe the ones where I was dying of a hangover but the instructor still pushed me hard! :)). I hate boring, stale, smelly and soulless gyms so the friendly atmosphere and outdoorsy nature of Qtg really suits me well. Even in the depths of winter, its nowhere as bad as you would think! Also the instructors are really good at mixing up the classes. No two instructors have the same style and they all vary the classes well, making for no two classes ever being the same. I also like the interval training aspect that the instructors bring to the classes. Im no a sprinter so the combination of strength work and cardio meant I dropped weight and gained strength FAST!! I would thoroughly recommend Qtg to anyone with an average fitness level. Much fun.

Quit the Gym is an excellent fitness business. Local and friendly but with expertise from a wide range of experienced professionals. Great value and varied classes which are tailored carefully to a range of abilities and ages. Working out in the beautiful parks of West London/ Ealing, meeting a great bunch of people and getting fit - what more can you want? Highly recommend.

Love Quit the Gym! I've been a member for almost 4 years. It's interesting, as I've been trying to find a sport activity" to stick to for as long as I can remember. I would start enthusiastically and then it would slowly but surely end up with me doing nothing again. But this has never been the case with Quit the Gym. The classes are fun

I've been a member of quit the gym for over a year now and can honestly say that joining was one of the best things I've ever done. I was initially worried about how I would cope as my fitness level was low but all the instructors are well aware of the different levels within the class and don't push you to do things you can't.I started going a lot more often from the beginning of this year (4 or 5 sessions a week) and have seen huge improvements to my overall fitness. I've lost over 20kg since January, managed to chuck the fags and can now run 10k in a fairly respectable time!I would recommend quit the gym to all. Great instructors, nice people to train with and so much better than being stuck in a gym.

Been attending to these classes for a few years now as they have a wide range of classes that allow me to attend before work, during my lunch break or after work. The classes are hard work but ALOT of fun, the trainers work with you to set you things to do that fit your ability level and challenge you to up that over time. In terms of the variety in the classes they include regular open air circuit sessions, sprinting, boxing classes and HIIT (high intensity training) classes. The content of the sessions varies from trainer to trainer as well to help keep things fresh and interesting. Highly reccomended!PS I've now lost *check scales* roughly 2 stone since joining a few years ago both through the classes described above, help and advice from the training and from healthy living classes that they organise as well.

Quit The Gym offers a really great way to get or stay fit. I really did quit the gym to join Quit the Gym when it first started in 2011 and have never been fitter. The variety throughout the classes means it's brilliant for all round fitness and the trainers balance stretching those at higher levels of fitness with encouraging those just starting to get fit - and it really works. As well as being an effective workout - I get more out of an hour at a QtG class than I ever did from working out alone in a soulless gym - QtG provides a fun way to get fit with a nice bunch of people and enjoy the fresh air in some of Ealing's lovely parks, whatever the weather.Very highly recommended!

Quit the Gym
Quit the Gym is a brilliant way to get fit. The trainers are really motivating and all the members are welcoming and friendly - it's a great way to get to know some people in the Ealing area aswell if you're new! It's the only exercise attempt that's managed to reignite my interest in getting fit since... school!? I joined in the summer this year and I've done the Ealing half marathon (along with 4/5 other members of the group) and entered for another half next year. There's nothing better than getting outside after being cooped up indoors at work all day, even if it's raining. Gyms are rubbish, quit the gym and join us running round one of Ealing's lovely parks :)
