We had an issue with a blocked bathtub drain, and couldn't find anyone who'd be able to take a look at the pipes the same day. I had left a voicemail for Louis and he called back promptly and listened to exactly what the issue was, then came over as soon as he could and fixed the problem on the spot. Everything from phone call to repairing was done and dusted within hours and the pricing was very fair indeed - can't thank Louis enough as he couldn't have been nicer or more helpful!

Excellent work. This was our first time needing a drain professionally unblocked, but we took a chance on using this company, largely based on their positive Google reviews. We were not disappointed - Louis was great; despite being contacted late in the day, he came the next afternoon. We found him to be friendly and very easy to get on with, but still professional. Work was soon completed to our complete satisfaction. Highly recommended.

What an impressive professional service Louis supplies. Several plumbing firms had failed to solve the problem of our blocked kitchen sink. Louis looked around, detected the site of the blockage within 10 minutes and quickly set to work. In about 45 minutes the drain was clear. Follow up was offered and the bill tendered only after we were satisfied. I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

I called Lewis of Borderjet for advice on my blocked downpipe at central Edinburgh. He went beyond the call of duty in phoning me back and offering advice that I should call Scottish Water.
