Absolutely fantastic. I came to get my tracking done the day before I moved house so I was mega stressed. The team were just so lovely and helpful. I couldn't be more grateful. THANK YOU!

Spoke to the person on reception I asked him what were the make of the tyres that I’d purchase from them on the last occasion and could I have the same putting on the front of my car… I’ll give you One star, because the person I spoke to hadn’t got a clue what he was doing. He could not tell me what brand of tyre I’d put on the back wheels of my car… Very poor communication as they did hang up on me. I recommend avoiding Formula One as they didn’t have a clue.

Was really disappointed with the lack of communication and ultimately service provided to me on the 4.7.23. I booked a service and MOT for 4.7.23 at the Stirchley site. The booking was confirmed online and followed up the day before with a reminder that I should arrive at 08:30.On arriving at the garage the next day I was informed that the garage doesn’t have a designated MOT technician and that they are hoping a new starter will be with them next week but couldn’t guarantee it. They also stated my appointment was allocated for the 7.7.23 and that their manager should have tried to contact me to cancel.I received zero calls and provided the evidence of my booking which they couldn’t argue with. I was informed that they could only offer to service the car which I wasn’t happy with due to my MOT running out on the 7.7.23. I requested a refund and was then informed I’d have to wait up to 5 working days! With no other choice I had to accept the refund then try and find another garage to service and MOT my car at short notice at a cost to myself!I understand that mistakes happen but at the very least a customer should be able to rely on the fact that when they make a booking confirmed and with payment made, that this is then correctly feedback and that cancellations are made in a timely manner. Further more on passing the garage today they were still advertising MOT’s which is ridiculous considering they don’t have a tech!The ‘customer care’ team who I emailed managed to sort out my refund which was returned the next day, however they offered no apology for my poor experience and demonstrated zero care in my opinion. I would not recommend the service to friends or family.

Very happy that Jordan at this autocentre was able to install a TPMS (tire pressure) monitor for me recently. Huge thanks to him for his time and understanding. I had lots of garages that said no or tried to send me away but Jordan was a huge help and really was a sincere and helpful professional guy who fitted the monitor with ease and explained the process clearly. Thanks again Jordan for sorting out my car issue. Highly recommended you for any tire trouble

Been coming here last few times with my car, very local so nice and quick. Had my MOT done two days ago and initially had failed for a poorly fitted bulb… but the Lee, absolute top class bloke, solved the issue and the car passed the MOT. Every time I’ve been here always been great service and super helpful lads

Popped in today my engine light was on, got me straight in with no hassle even though they were very busy. Got my car sorted for an excellent price. I am a regular customer here and couldn’t recommend this place more. Thanks to Lee and his team

Called in as we were on a long journey and suspected a slow leak in a tyre. Couldn't have been more helpful. They fitted us in despite being quite busy and sorted out the tyre issue quickly and efficiently. Very knowledgeable and honest (no hard sell). Would thoroughly recommend.

Started with phone call i made very polite and friendly to make sure that I got a service and mot before it run out I arrived got a professional job done can't thank them enough 5 star service cheers

Taken my car in for a new tyre. Stated 24 hours, told 48 hours. When pick the car. Staff was rude and abusive towards and all gang up and causing me to feel threatened. Avoid at all cost.
