DISGUSTING way to talk to people, the guy at All 4 Pets seemed very friendly and helpful at first, but I returned a couple of days later to exchange the retractable lead I bought for my dog, which kept on jamming. I was amazed and appalled at how rude he was, the customer service is appalling!!! Once they have your money, they don’t want to know. Stay away!

Great shop and staff super helpful. We've struggled to find coat for our Boston Terrier due to her size but the shop had great selection and great service! Will be back!

Really bad experience from buying from this shop bought a 12kg bag of food and paid for it in the shop back in July for it to be “delivered” to my house, had to also buy a mini bag to keep us going until the Monday a week had past and still the bag had not been delivered, no answer to the phone and shop only opened when it’s convenient for them.I was turning up to the shop for it to be closed and leaving my dog with no food!I eventually managed to get to the shop to be told they only have half of my food? And the rest will be delivered to my house, this was about 3/4 weeks ago to this day i am still waiting on the other half of the food and have had no communication from the shop about why it’s not been delivered or received a refund! I spent over £70 in the shop that day and im disgusted with how I’ve been treated and now know that others have been treated the same!!

Amazing pet shop! Every helpful staff! Every knowledgeable about what's good for your dog. Since getting food from them a year ago I haven't shopped anywhere else. Amazing prices too! My dog was really unwell and I went into this shop and got there salmon and potato food and she is so much better and I can't thank them enough!

Located in the village and opens Monday to Saturday. Always buy our dog food from them.Noticed that price of the dog food hat gone up by 20%!!! Luckily we have a Yorkshire Terrier so not a huge monetary costHave a good selection of treats and toys.Staff are always friendly and helpful.Pets allowed.Great to have a pet store close by.

Such a friendly & knowledgeable service, & a good range of products. The fact everything is natural is a bonus - we all love our furry friends :) so good to know what we’re feeding them is healthy. I highly recommend this place. Best shop of it’s kind for the products, & the service.

Lovely wee shop with fair prices however there is very little stock for cats. Ive always bought my cat food & litter from supermarkets but wanted to try shopping local. Sadly, i couldnt see any cat food, treats or litter in the shop (although correct me if im wrong and maybe i just totally missed it!). All i could see was a fairly small rack of collars and toys. More suitable for dog owners in my opinion.

I(like most people)bought Supermarket brand dog food and treats. Not anymore. Since shopping in All 4 Pets i don't shop anywhere else, every visit is an education. The staff are super friendly and very hands on, it's the only shop in East Kilbride that gives you value for your money. I can't rate them highly enough, every time i bump into another dog walker i mention All 4 Pets. ❤

Great little shop in the village, EK. Good quality pet food at a very reasonable price. They do lots of treats, (dog recommends the sausages), coats, beds, etc.
