This is problem with franchise never expected to fresh with franchise it come from the main depot which no public can see what happing behind close doors it better to have food from locally owned and made locally

The owner is very rude. Went to buy 6-8 pieces of Shingara (90 pence each) but wanted in a paper box rather than a paper bagso that we can preserve it properly. The owner simply denied in a rude voice to serve those in a paper box. He could have asked for extra cost for the paper box rather than denying to serve. 3 items were missing, they forgot to put in the bag, when I phoned them, they said nothing is here, told them to check cctv, refuse to check.Went from leeds to taste their sweets.Very bad services

Doesn’t take card payment. People usually travel from different towns to oldham and they want to buy sweets for visiting family, when u say you don’t take card your sending them around to look for cash point in a unknown area which isn’t something they are prepared for.START TAKING CARD PAYMENT

I had a very bad experience with the staff who are not well mannered and customer friendly. I will never go there again. The guy who has a short beard is very bad bad.

Not as good as it used to be, prices have shot up, used to be able to get a full box for £10 now much less than that, had to pay more to fill up box, i dont understand why the price hike maybe because eid is coming up so they want to increase prices to extort some more profits im not impressed, used to be such a good place for mishti (mitai), shame really
