GMG Watches

Purchased Rolex Submariner with finance approved by Duologi. Initial deposit taken for watch and then application cancelled. No communication, poor customer service. Now GMG watches finance partner will not pay back deposit and have submitted complaint to financial ombudsman. Very poor I would avoid.

I can honestly say that dealing with the team at GMG couldn’t have been easier. I found them on Instagram & had never bought a watch on the grey market before - so was naturally nervous. But after speaking with Lee on the phone, watching their YouTube channel & then meeting in person - I was convinced. Then Boom, within 48 hours I had my new watch. Love it. If you’re thinking about buying a luxury watch then look no further.

Place cannot get in contact about watch . Poor tracking website and tracking number. No information on ur product and a fake delivery never showed up this is a scam! I’ll take this down if they fix the issue but in the mean time it stays up!

I’ve recently met Lee through a friend a few months ago and I’ve brokered a good 5-6 deals for my friends with him and I have to say he’s always manages to source what they want very quickly and for a good price. Would never buy from overseas again, specially from this company. Service is very unprofessional, rude , watch fell apart on 3 days . I rather go to actual store to buy the watch.

This watch supplier stated they have a showroom in London and requrested an appointment viewing the watch. What is suspicious is that they require a deposit before they can come to see the watch. I have made reservations at other second-hand watch stores, and none of them do this. This is not clearly stated before I request to book at all. They ask for a deposit when asking to see the actual watch.The second confusing aspect is that the picture of the watch they sent me via whatapp was not exactly the same as the one on the webpage. The website shows the dial surface has a transparent protective film, but their photos don't. I believe there will be a lot of fingerprints on the dial surface, but they claim it is brand new condition, I can't tell just from just a picture.Third, I did not find the address of their Liverpool store on the website, so I have no way of knowing the reliability of this company. The only other company with a legal person connection found on the UK gov company is in Liverpool, but it was dissolved.

WARNING!!!AVOID!!!Tney will lie and cheat and break legally binding agreements..Very shady company here.. especially the tall chubby chops with the big beer belly wno thinks he's hench..I would never feel safe and comfy buying from such people.. they are very rude and arragont and have an extremely bad reputation in the uk watch industry for lying and cheating people..They are more like cold calling salesmen from India but the up north british versions.. They try to force you to buy there pathetic watches from there mediocre stock..AVOID THESE PEOPLE AT ALL COSTS OR YOU WILL REGRET BIG TIME AFTER
