I’ve been working at RedSeven since October 2020, my time here has been filled with lots of development within myself and the business. I enjoy the flexibility of my hours, being able to have time off when I need to. Also being in control of my earnings; the harder I work the more money I earn. As I went from being paid for set amount of hours in the Outlet, to a performance based pay. Through the free coaching provided I was promoted within my second week and now working towards my next promotion! RedSeven do promote a lot of overseas travel as rewards for performance, unfortunately as a result of COVID I’ve not been able to go, but looking forward to when I can! Overall I really enjoy the atmosphere of the office.

This is an excellent place to work if you are motivated and hard working. I earnt more money in a week than I earn sometimes in a month in other places! Excellent career opportunities for people that want to work hard and you learn skills that really can help you progress. I would definitely recemend if your looking to develop yourself and further your career!

Red7 is a fast growing business. I worked there for a bit and I really enjoyed it. Working at red7 is like being part of a big family. The people that been there the longest will help you grow into the company and will teach you new skills. There is no negativity and everyone enjoy working there. When I was going back home from work I was looking forward to the next day. It is also very easy to go from an ambassador to a leader etc. So I would say, if you like talking to people, if you are friendly, hardworking, and like to challenge yourself then working at red7 would be perfect for you.

The time I spent at RedSeven has really benefited me as a whole. I was able work with a group of the most amazing and ambitious people who created an exciting atmosphere and a culture to succeed which really helped to keep me motivated. My mentality towards everything I do now has massively changed due to the positivity and resilience I gained from working at redseven. The opportunities that can come from this are outstanding. Ultimately I enjoyed my time at redseven and hope to be back after uni.

After this experience I can’t see myself doing anything other than working in this industry! The short time I spent at RedSeven has been filled with a lot of focus on personal development and progression within the business. I enjoyed the flexibility of choosing my working days and being in complete control of earnings. The harder you work, the more you earn - this does not go unnoticed as hard work certainly gets recognised and rewarded. Extensive coaching is provided in the first week and carried on as your weeks go on to build on and refresh your skills.
